Does anyone know a good face wash or lotion/cream that eliminates dry skin patches?

Recently my face has been getting small dry patches and it is noticable even with make-up. I need good recommendations for good cleansers or lotions/creams. ThanksDoes anyone know a good face wash or lotion/cream that eliminates dry skin patches?
Have your physician or dermatologist check out the dry patches so that you are sure what you are dealing with...could be eczema or psoriasis...then when that is ruled out, ask for a prescription cream to eliminate the patches. From then on, use a moisturizer daily and don't use soap if you can avoid it.Does anyone know a good face wash or lotion/cream that eliminates dry skin patches?
Invigorating cleansing cream scrub. It is in ';Clearskin'; range of Avon products. Also double-action cleansing scrub. Find a local Avon Rep. They have some great products - natural - at great prices.
stop using soaps. and chemical based cosmetics. look up natural products. dont wash your face so much. try the Burts Bees range which has many all natural products and lots of info about them. www.burtsbees.com. i love em, orange facial wash moisteurises and cleanses. there is also loads of all natural cosmetics about which are very good and dont cause skin reactions. also skin problems cd be a sign that something is not right inside. try herbal teas such as red clover.
cetaphil has a good moisturizing face wash and a good face lotion...read the label carefully
Aveeno moisturiser is really good and doesn't contain loads of ingredients that are really bad for your skin like many other moisurisers do. My Mum is a nurse and she says the people that work in dermatology often prescribe Aveeno or Oilatum for skin conditions. Good luck.
