I'm 20 yrs with dry skin should i be using a night cream to even out my skin and dryness?too early or too much

i am currently using dove energy brightening night cream? is it advisable or should i stop.I'm 20 yrs with dry skin should i be using a night cream to even out my skin and dryness?too early or too much
you should be using a moisturizer no matter what your age.

Same way if your skin on the rest of your body is dry you would put on lotion.

I am using a dove moisturizer, but can't remember the name. Recently bought a nuetragina 45 sunscreen (cause sun protection is also very important) but use a heavy moisturizer at night.

You need to see what works for you and what helps your skin to look better. It is no secret that there are many known skin irritants being used in cosmetics so you should only try one new product at a time if you can. See if your skin starts to improve, if not, not the ingredients. What works for one person won't work for the next.

I recommend looking at www.makeupalley.com

they have reviews of many products

good luck! don't forget the mositurizer and sunscreen!!1I'm 20 yrs with dry skin should i be using a night cream to even out my skin and dryness?too early or too much
It is never too early to start taking care of your skin. If your skin is drying out it could be some agent the product that is drying it out. Check the ingredients. If you are using a night cream and your skin is still dry maybe you should also use a mosturizer also (day cream) for face. For body you might try Palmers with shea butter. Or use good old fashion baby oil, put some in your bath water or when your get out smooth in skin. P.S. really hot baths will dry out skin also....
It is essential to use a moisturizer day %26amp; night - regardless of your age. I'd recommend Aveno Ultra- Calming night cream, which helps to even out skin tone and redness. It works very well on dry skin. Hope this helps.
