Acne cream has made skin very dry, and acne is getting worse..what to do?

ive tried numerous different products to treat acne, and each of them have helped the acne itself, but made my skin red and itchy and irritated. my face feels horrible now cause its so dry, and i stopped using the cream to let the dryness subside a bit, but ever since i stopped, my acne is getting worse again, even with my insanely dry skin. its been like this for a while now...like an endless cycle. does anyone have any recommendations? thanks.Acne cream has made skin very dry, and acne is getting worse..what to do?
Stop using the acne creams! One of the main causes of acne is dried out dead skin cells blocking the pores of your skin! Definitely get a moisturizer and start using it immediately! Also, read up on some of the natural cures you can do at home instead of blasting your face with chemicals.

Acne in general is getting worse for people each year. More and more teens are suffering from acne, and it has a lot to do with the changing world that we live in. Increased demands, increased pollution and toxins in our environments, and poor diet certainly aren't helping.

There are lots of things you can do to greatly reduce your acne. The best ways are all natural too! My favorite method is using the anti-acne apple diet! You can read all about it here: http://www.how2cureacne.com/natural%20cu...

The reason many people have such a hard time with curing their acne is because they don't know the real causes behind acne in the first place. Acne is not just caused by dirt and oil on the skin, actually, that doesn't matter at all. The real causes are diet, candida yeast problems, and generally a body that is overloaded with toxins. When the body has too many toxins, it tries to push out all the junk through the skin and then it gets trapped and bacteria flourishes. This is what gives you a pimple, not dirt. Many people overwash their faces like crazy and then they get dry skin which makes their acne even worse!

Most people want to treat acne scars rather than acne.It is like treating measles scars rather than measles.Acne is a skin condition caused by the internal imbalance. All medicines and creams which help to remove acne scars contain benzoyl peroxide.

You can regain your internal balance and cure your acne completely and permanently by natural techniques. For, More Information,

Good Luck
i recommend u go get a refund on all of the acne creams u bought!!!

see dermatologist..
I would go to a dermatologist and have it checked out.
the thing about your skin is that it is dry, like mine. this took me a while to realize, but you need to do the opposite of what you are doing! the face contains natural oils, it produces something called sebum. The sebum is NOT bad. washing and drying your face makes the amount of sebum increase and your face thinks that it needs to produce more oils. this ends up clogging pores and making you break out. what you can do is get aveeno clear complexion daily moisturizer- the important thing is that it has to be OIL FREE. having oil free lotion will make you face have moisture without clogging the pores. the thing your face wants is moisture. wash your face 2 times a day and moisturize, if there are major pimples use drying cream on ONLY the pimple. you will see results, i know i did!!!
I have found in my similar sturggle that if you are going to use creams that dry out your acne, then you have to use lotions or such to hydrate your face.

Look for oil free lotions, I use proactive and love the moisturizers they offer although when I run out of the moisturizer my acne gets a LOT worse.

Using a moisturizer will make your face softer and your acne better, remember oil free!
