For sensitive skin it is probably best to go with fragrance free face creams as the fragrance can sometimes cause the skin to 'flare up'.
I use Olay Total Effects for sensitive skin, you can just buy it from the supermarket or chemist etc, and it isn't too expensive :)
i dont know bout sydney but i like aveeno products...
