What are some good face creams that can help with dry skin?

I live in place where its hot most of the time and the temperature changes lots and I was wondering what are some good creams or soaps, I can use in the shower or out of the shower on my face to help with dry skin?What are some good face creams that can help with dry skin?
For dry skin Moor Spa products are very good the two i have used (rejuvenating moisturiser and nourishing moisturiser) you don’t need much of them and they seem to go a very long way.
