I have washed my face with water, now feel that my skin is dry. Along with the dryness, I have some acne/pimples located over my face.
Would it be OK to use the Vitamin E CREAM for my dry skin and acne/pimples would it clog my pores and make my acne/pimples worse?

Yes I know this doesn't belong in the video game section, but I wanted to put it in a place I feel it would get the most results.Can I use Vitamin E (cream) for my dry skin/pimples?
