I have very dry skin on my face. I use an OLAY complete all day moisturizer that I apply after I take a shower and before I go to bed.

I also use a night face wash ';Olay Hydrate and Cleanse Night Nourishing Cream Cleanser'; that I use in the morning and at night even though it's supposed to be for night.

This really helps my skin. I make sure to apply the cream alot. Hope this helps you!
start taking vitamin E vitamin C, omega oils, and evening primrose oil. Good luck!!
The Body Shop's hemp range is good for very dry skin, but not sure if they do a face cream. Or, (its a bit pricey) but I use products from www.antipodesnature.com and my skin has never looked better.
I suffer from psriosis and I use Aloe vera gelly it is able to penetrate all 7 layers of skin and it heals from the inside out. this is available from
www.foreverbeealoe.com in their online store
They do a great recovering night cream too or if you want to go the whole hog try the Aloe Fleur de jouvence kit believe me it is worth every penny your skin will feel great.
After suffering with psriosis for 10 years I am so glad I found this stuff my body was 70% covered now it is virtually clear.
Hope this helps
Aqueous Cream B.P.
You buy it from the chemist --its really good for dry skin-
You can use it as a moisturiser. On face even eyes lids and under-eyes-- and also all over body. You can even wash with it--
Its not expensive and its even recommended by doctors for very dry skin conditions.
good luck.
Polyfilla
Lard.
Clarins, Moisture quenching Hydra care Cream. It's fantastic.
Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion (I use this, lasts all day!)
Clinique's Superdefense Triple Action Moisturizer (specially for very dry skin)
try davids isopon it worked wonders on my car bonnet
Don't be fooled by the thickness of a cream. You could end up with skin breakouts from some of those, as they can clog your pores. If your skin is extremely dry, Nivea cream or Nivea Dry Skin Lotion are excellent. There's also a great moisturizing cream from the Nicole Miller skin collection. More than anything else, drink adequate amounts of water and take multi vitamins. Vitamins A,D,E also help your skin to look moist and beautiful.
Ponds cold cream, it is very rich and thickly moisturizing. You can buy a jar @ any drug or discount store. Even though I slather it on thickly, it seems to last forever.
All of the ones recommended to you so far have petroleum products (Vaseline), oils or alcohol! THIS STUFF DAMAGES SKIN. My recommendation is either the (depending on the dryness) Hydrating Creme Extreme or the Rescue Balm from Bee-Luscious. The Hydrating Creme Extreme is perfect for VERY dry skin with no damage. The Rescue Balm is for VERY dry skin with damage. These are the best moisturizers available. Both are oil, petroleum jelly and alcohol free.
EDIT:
I live in the NE one the coast. So I know ALL about dry skin. LOL
no but i would say keep looking
