E45 cream is a good one to try. Maybe put some baby oil in his bath. What is the best cream for dry skin..?
I don't know if you will have the same brands there as we do here in the US but I waitress and my hands get so dry from washing them a million times a day and I use a lotion made by Gold Bond (they also make a medicated foot powder, for athletes foot or stinky feet). It is a great lotion for feet, I don't know about his face at that age, it might be too much. Try some sort of baby lotion for his face, you'll have to apply it several times a day he should feel better from both in a few days. Also if you didn't already know, if his feet are really dry he should only wear white socks, the dye from colored socks could hurt him if his feet get too dry and crack.

Good luck! Hope this helps!
Anything with Aloe Vera is good for dry skin.

Apply it after he gets out the bath, before he goes to sleep, and when he goes outside.

Weather has a great effect of your skins hydration.
Hi,

The brand E45 has a whole range of products for this problem. They are really effective, well priced and include bathing products to contain the problem all around. You will find it in Boots and even some supermarkets.

The products are perfume free and easily absorbed.

Hope it helps your little one.

E45 cream for his dry skin

Johnsons make a baby oil which you can put in the bath.
Pond's Dry Skin Cream or Nivea works absolutely great for dry skins...
Cetraben is great, it is non perfumed and its cheap. You doctor can prescribe this or your can buy it from a chemist. It relieves dry skin, itching and eczema. It will absorb into the skin and is not greasy.

I have tried all of the other products which the others have suggested and this is the best.
I'm not sure if you have this out there, but I actually like Neutrogena hand cream (they also have foot cream, as well as many other skin care products). The hand cream has the consistency and look of vaseline and really softens your skin. Otherwise, I would probably consult with a pediatrician first who might recommend a safer, more child-friendly alternative? Hope that helps. : )

Oh and stay away from lotions, they contain too much water, which can possibly dry his skin out further.

Commonly used is E45 cream. no perfumes. no added chemicals. etc. very natural and soothing.

If the dry skin is constantly there you should bring your little boy to the doctors as he may have a skin condition like eczema etc.

Good luck :)
