Not E45. Sorry do not think that it does the trick but I agree Nivea (blue) is the best.


If you have lots of money and want everything ONatural then look up Liz Earle. WWW.lizearle.co.uk. Her stuff is great but expensive.

Some of very good creams are Lubiderm, St Ives, and Eucerin. If these are too pricey and you have a thick lotion of any kind, just add a bit of olive oil to it. Apply twice per day, after bathing and preferrably at night before bed.
In the u.k. its E45 sorry but yes its true no frills no big bills and the next best is nivea in the dark blue tubs
E 45 you can get in any chemist, i find it brillant, ]

Just started using Vaseline's Intensive Rescue for very dry skin,very thick %26amp; creamy %26amp; moisture locks in really well.It's about 拢3.99 in most supermarkets.
It really depends on the type of your dry skin complaint..


If you have ichythiosis like me, then you will have found out that any of the creams and ointments only last a few hours.. however there is one product on the market which is specifically for this complaint and is called Calmurid... this is available as a cream for body use, and a lotion for your scalp..


this lasts all day.. and is the best stuff I have used.


Downside, it is quite expensive.





Other complaints such as excema, can be treated with a different product, so it is worthwhile checking with your GP to identify your particular problem, and then getting the correct product for it.





As with mine, E45, nivia etc will only mask the problem for a short while, where Calmurid actually improves it with regular use.
