E45 is great, but it does contain lanolin so some people are allergic or sensitive to it. The cheap stuff is just as good as the expensive, so don't spend too much. I love Astral (from Boots) and Nivea. Neutrogena is also very good but I find it a bit too thick and gooey and heavy, buts it good for hands.WHAT IS THE BEST AND CHEAP LOTION OR CREAM FOR A VERY DRY SKIN.iTS A WRINKLY SKIN?

Is it for your face or all over body lotion? I love Boots number 7.There are all sorts of kinds depending on your skin type . It is reasonably priced and a lot cheaper than most skin creams, but if you're looking for something really cheap, then go for E45 or Nivea.
E45 is simply outstanding, smells gorgeous and works sooooo effectively and fast.
olive oil. doesn't smell fantastic but it's very hydrating.
